Very well run excellent hotel. We loved all the staff, the included breakfast, free coffee and beer, and the location. We missed not having English language tv stations but understand the hotel is working on this.

Service was excellent especially the complimentary breakfast and free snack bar. Facilities are well maintained and clean. Hotel is centrally located and family friendly. Two minor issues; one the tv did not work, channels were not available during our two day stay and the wifi was disabled the morning we were to check out whic was problematic because my cell phone had no reception in the hotel.

Close to everything. Only few blocks away from Plaza Del Constitution. Fantastic breakfast. Free snacks bar is very helpful and the food is delicious.

The hotel is small, and the staff were always smiling and more than helpful. I thought having a cooler with bottled water on each floor, plus a bowl of apples near the elevator was a nice touch. The waiters after a couple of days, would bring our specialty coffee to our table. The concierge offered many helpful suggestions to add to the enjoyment. Loved the Hotel! Their breakfast options were really good! And their 24/7 cafe is amazing. It was great to be able to order a coffee, frappe or juice to go before our tours. The rooms were clean and the staff were always willing to help.
