We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was very comfortable and felt luxurious. It is a busy part of the city and our room was facing the street so it was a little bit noisy at times but no more than you would expect being in a central down town area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our time in Mexico City and having a great place to stay made it even better.

This hotel is centrally located within the historic central district of Mexico City. It is beautifully kept with a cafe and full restaurant. My room was clean and comfortable. There was no view from my hotel window, however, I was hardly in my room since the entire hotel staff provided excellent recommendations on touring spots frequented by locals. The famous shopping alleys are literally a few steps away and there is tons of museums all walking minutes from there. Recognized staff: Front Desk: Valeria, Elizabeth, y Mario; Restaurant: Roberto, Jair, Gonzalo, y Arturo... All provided exceptional service, along with great conversation and smiles.
We had an amazing time. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was delicious and made to order and the staff was wonderful. Our waiter Roberto went above and beyond for us and made our staff delightful.
The staff was exceptional! The complimentary 24 hour option to lattes, americanos, and other drinks was the super extra bow on top. Guillermo was especially kind to my son and I! His attention to detail will not be forgotten. Can’t wait to stay here again!
We stayed at the Historico Central for three days. Fantastic staff! I highly recommend this hotel. Location is ideal. Breakfast is enjoyable and the waiters are the best. One more time all staff are the best part. I have tried other hotels and this is definitely worth it.
Excelentes atenciones, desde la llegada hasta nuestra partida. Nos sentimos mi familia y yo como en casa. No dudaría en volver a este hotel a mi regreso a CDMX.
This is my second time to stay in the hotel. Appreciated it even more than the last time. Staff are super helpful, friendly & efficient. Guests' comfort is a priority, bottled water & apples, hearty breakfasts & all day access to refreshments are much appreciated-no need to constantly plan where to eat. My husband loved the bicycles freely provided. Walk everywhere.
This is possibly the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in; it was highly recommended by my brother who hast stayed here several times. The location is close to everything in the historic district; rooms are quiet and comfortable; the staff are fantastic; the included breakfast and cafeteria are just unreal value! We shall be back for sure! 10/10
