I just wish there was more A/C.. but i think Mexico City is naturally lacking in air conditioning. Other than that, wonderful hotel. It has a jacuzzi and pool and really cool fitnesss center. Breakfast is great as well

It’s a working process to gat it right. The floor to my room was very dirty they should really get all the dust out. The amenities were not good. The towels old. At the restaurant it was like being there was a bad decision because there wanted me out very fast.

Loved this property the rooms were really nice and clean service was great specially at the restaurant in main lobby.. The ladies at the front desk weren't friendly or helpful at all but other than that everyone else was! Oh also you have to make a reservation for the hot tub which was somewhat inconvenient cause we didn't find out till we went to try to get in.

Excellent location, walking distance to the subway if you are adventurous, close to Buenavista Mall and many good restaurants. I’ll not recommend to venture at night from the hotel to other areas.

Close to everything. Walkable. Staff is amazing. Hotel is clean. Food is delish! Awesome gym. Weird pool rules but still enjoyable. Highly recommended. Will stay here again!

Great Holiday Inn Stay in Cuauhtemoc Area of CDMX
We loved our hotel. The staff was great, including bellhop Angel and waiter Rene. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
