I wouldn't comeback to this hotel, the staff are good, good service. I stayed 3 night's in the middle of the week, every night at the pent house they played exagerated loud music, also you can hear everything from the other rooms, definitely this is not a place where you can bring your family, or rest.

Solo comentar, falta mas enchufes para conectar celulares o aparatos electrónicos, en la habitación solo había 1 enchufe, por lo demás excelente. Saludos.

La atención es MUY hostil. Me pidieron dejar la habitación a la 1:00PM en lugar de las 2:00pm como decía la reservación que hice a través de Expedia. Cuando les llamé a informar de que tenía la habitación hasta las 2:00pm me tiraron el teléfono. Muy desagradable.

No es hotel, es motel
mala experiencia, malos olores y la habitación solo tenia un contacto eléctrico en toda la habitación, tuvimos que pedir una extension. El hotel no es hotel para larga estancia sino motel para unas horas

Pues el hotel está bien, la ubicación y el lugar...solo que tuve la mala suerte de que sea un hotel con alberca y todo el tiempo hay música con fuerte volumen y si le añadimos que tuene domo hasta arriba pues el sonido se encierra...definitivamente el lugar no es nada tranquila y para descansar mucho menos...el personak hace lo q ouede...lastima xq el lugar los cuartos son bonitos

Contraté tres noches, el primer día regresé de trabajar a las 20:25 y la habitación estaba igual que cuando me fui, no limpiaron, cama destendida etc, el hotel es de paso, sucio, alfombras y toallas rotas, muros manchados , tuve que buscar a las recamareras para que limpiaren el cuarto, el encargado me ofreció una compensación por el inconveniente y al salir la pedí y la recepcionista se rio de mi, pésimas instalaciones y servicio.
