Pues el hotel está bien, la ubicación y el lugar...solo que tuve la mala suerte de que sea un hotel con alberca y todo el tiempo hay música con fuerte volumen y si le añadimos que tuene domo hasta arriba pues el sonido se encierra...definitivamente el lugar no es nada tranquila y para descansar mucho menos...el personak hace lo q ouede...lastima xq el lugar los cuartos son bonitos

Contraté tres noches, el primer día regresé de trabajar a las 20:25 y la habitación estaba igual que cuando me fui, no limpiaron, cama destendida etc, el hotel es de paso, sucio, alfombras y toallas rotas, muros manchados , tuve que buscar a las recamareras para que limpiaren el cuarto, el encargado me ofreció una compensación por el inconveniente y al salir la pedí y la recepcionista se rio de mi, pésimas instalaciones y servicio.

En cuanto a la estancia general bueno y limpio, no me puedo quejar. En cuanto al servicio administrativo muy malo, llevo toda la semana queriendo que me facturen y nadie me resuelve, mande varios correos electrónicos, por teléfono, y me dicen que marque a las 10 de la noche y nunca está el responsable de facturación, pedí hablar con el gerente del hotel o personal a cargo y la de recepción me señala que no hay, que tengo que hablar a las 10 de la noche, todos los días me dice lo mismo, todos los días marco a las 10 y no esta el de facturación, la verdad ocupo apoyo con la facturación.
