Great location, central to everything! The room was huge and comfortable with an amazing view from the 10th floor. 2 complimentary bottles of water was provided. The bed was hard and not so comfy. I like the night light with ubs charge ports by the bed. The shower made a loud vibrating noise when turning on the water, it sounded like the pipes were gonna pop out the wall; water pressure and hot water was good though. You had to flush the toilet 2x to get anything down. Shampoo is provided but not conditioner. Body wash is provided but no hand soap. There's no face towel or wash cloth, just 2 stiff harsh towels. Couldn't change the audio on the TV to English. The staff was professional and helpful. It's not a 5 ⭐️ but it's budget friendly, safe and conveniently located. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located to give you access to all of the restaurants, bars and fun on Zona Rosa. It is on a main road, so you will hear everything from the outside. I asked for a high floor and got a room on the 12th floor with a wraparound balcony. That was nice! You do have to walk up one flight as the elevator stops on the 11th floor. They extended my checkout by an hour, though they initially wanted to charge me for it. The breakfast is okay; go elsewhere. The food in the neighborhood is excellent.

The hotel is beautiful the front desk people are very friendly and helpful with anything you need the rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable we stayed on the 10th floor so the city view was amazing it’s in walking distance to many attractions like the Angel of independence statue, park of Chapultepec and many more and the food scene is amazing from street tacos to steakhouses I highly recommend this hotel 5 stars Easy.
