Breakfast not included in my reservation; I did dine at hotel with relatives on my first night, I forgot to mention the 20% discount, the waiter did not bother to inquire at the hotel reception; the service was good and the food tasty. They do need to update TV service; first room on 2nd floor was poor serviced, we complained and were moved to 9th floor, the room was excellent except the AC very noisy. Staff was excellent and professional. Hotel is very well located with easy access to different modes of public transportation.

The AC never worked, however the staff and the cleaning lady were so good and attentive. The location was great cause everything was on a walking distance. The building is super old and the rooms need an upgrade, but cost wise is ok

The room was very clean. I didn’t deal much with the staff, but the air conditioning was not needed, but the heating took a while to get it going. I really wanted to leave a day early, but they would not give me a refund for the day that I didn’t stay even though I asked them days in advance.
