Property is on a no trafic street. Easy to acces and cummute either walking or by uber. Very frendly staff, specially the bellboys always willing to help.
The hotel inside was great! And the staff was even better , the only suggestion I have is that the side walk surrounding the hotel needs to be sanitized
Nice hotel my wife and I would stay at again. The hotel is a few minute walk from the Monumento a la Revolución and also walking distance to Metro and Metro Bus to take you to other parts of the city. Safe area and nice restaurants close by.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the hotel staff was friendly & they had complimentary breakfast. For $65 pesos you can upgrade the breakfast. The only down side of this hotel, was that the WiFi kept cutting in and out. At times, it would stop working for a few minutes. But other than that, clean hotel, and walking distance to a few places.
Property on a very convenient location to downtown area. Great inexpensiveve eateries arround. Elevator always availables as it is a smaller hoter. Clean kept although is aging. Tours avalable from facility.
Our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend this hotel. It is within walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places, quiet and safe. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The restaurant is also very good, I would recommend having breakfast here every day and then having the rest of your meals out in the town. I could not believe how affordable our stay was, yet it felt like a higher priced hotel.
The ac did not work because filter was filthy. The front desk staff provided a fan and they cleaned the filter the next day but they should have a preventive maintenance program to avoid this issues.

Disliked: Staff & service
The front desk employee, in particular, had absolutely no manners whatsoever for the three days I was there. They were constantly unpleasant and had a terrible attitude. Both night and day shifts. This property is not recommended at all; there is a lot of noise at night and a dark atmosphere throughout the complex.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great hotel with good service and kind employees.
Wish the hotel was in a different location. Not the best area at night
The wi-fi for cell phones was horrible. I don't know why service was really slow or non-existent.
The AC was a bit difficult to understand and control. And it didn't cool down the room properly.
The keycard kept deactivating EVERY DAY. We would use it once, head out to the city, come back and the key would no longer work. Would have to go back down to the front desk to get it re-activated.
Also, the shower floor was unlevel so the water would pool up because the drain was on the side closest to the shower heads but the floor was leaning in the opposite direction.
IT was exactly what you could ask for. As a Traveler and my first time in CDMX, all went well. YOU CAN WALK EVERYWHERE. Super centered, amazing city, amazing people !
