Be aware that room does not have mini refrigerator to keep your water or other drinks cold, there is no ice machine around neither and cleanliness of the shower was not the best. Other than that the place and the location is great.

The staff at the hotel were very polite. I like that my room was ready when arrived and I was able to go to my room right away. The only thing was the bathroom's towels a little be out dated and the shower floor a little be low. Because of that the water splash to rest of the bathroom's floor. Over all I had a very good experience at the Ritz hotel. Thanks

The staff was great . They even let us borrow a wheelchair for my mom . Nice place to walk around . Lots of shopping and dining in the area. The rooms are small but they were nice . I would definitely come back !!

Everything was great except for the noise that could be heard especially at night from within the hotel. Once we took our sleeping pills there was no issue but had we not had them that would have been an issue
