El baño olía horrible, la verdad fue molesto por que el olor se salía al cuarto, olor como a coladera, tuve que pagar 275 pesos por el estacionamiento, no se me explicó cómo usarlo y cuando salí y entré no había donde meter el otro boleto, tome un boleto nuevo y me contaron otros 275 pesos un abuso total me voy quejar con profeco además que el personal del estacionamiento en una pésima actitud, muy mala experiencia la verdad.

Room received was not what I paid for. AC down twice during the day and evening and didn't get someone to fix until we callled 10 times. The last day of our stay we had to leave the hotel 3-4 hours earlier than expected because the AC issue.

Phone not work due cable doesn’t fit at device. I call the hotel to have room service (food) and they said 20 minutes and arrived after 1h. Soup was could. Girl didn’t bring glass of wine and try to recover. I took the horrible cold soup and my wine appear after 40 minutes. I said to the girl the soup was cloud and she didn’t said nothing just charge the room service. Bad service.

El check in y check out perfecto y rápido! Todo el personal muy amables. Las instalaciones están bien para la relación precio-calidad. No es un hotel de lujo, pero es demasiado cómodo. Las sábanas y ropa de cama muy limpia. Hay áreas que se pueden mejorar en limpieza y mantenimiento pero nada que impida disfrutar un periodo de descanso. La alberca es muy amplia y limpia! Y climatizada. El desayuno es normal. Huevos al gusto preparados al momento. Lo demás del bufette no es malo ni bueno. Regular. De nuevo, creo que la relación por lo que pagas es muy buena.

problemas de la regadera
tuve una habitacion de discapacitado : la 1820. el area de regadera mal construido, debido a que la direccion en la que corre el agua no es hacia la coladera, sino se sale todo el agua al area de baño e inunda todo el area. tuvimos que poner las toallas para retener la inundacion. una correccion seria importante ya q es peligroso, andar descalzo.

The hotel is good. We had an issue upon the check in with the difference in currency rate of the hotel and Expedia but the manager Graciela resolved the issue. We are very grateful. She is an excellent professional. The rooms are quite comfortable. The kitchen is super basic, not to show your culinary talents in full. But basic for the simple cooking. The breakfasts are the same every day which may be annoying if you stay for a long time. The restaurant is good. The staff is very good too. In the end we asked one of the receptionist to send for us a postcard as we forgot to buy a stamp and it was a day off, the post offices were closed. He agreed to send the postcards for us. Hopefully, we’ll receive them. The location is quite far from the city center but the area is good. The excellent park La Mexicana is 15 mins walking. Can recommend the hotel.
