Ballroom is spectacular. Lobby distribution is not good. Uncomfortable division of areas, as if building was not meant to be a hotel. Mostly dark, including rooms. Reception slow to react to minor complaints. Room general equipment not user friendly.

Amazing staff, spacious room, and the property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. That said, aside from the restaurants in the adjacent mall, you must travel to attractions and other restaurants. Would stay here again!
