We had a great time at the Mondrian, appreciated the attentive concierge that made many wonderful recommendations and reservations for our group. The neighborhood as nice parks and sidewalk cafes with greenery all around.

The staff is very focused on making sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms are very nice. The first room I had overlooked a dog park and after I got tired of the barking while trying to work they moved my room with no issues.

Great experience overall. The location is fantastic as well..rooms are confortable and beutifully decorated. Amazing welcoming gesture from the experience team with a beautiful desert and a personalized writen note (nice touch). Our concierge (Lucero) was very cordial organizing our trip to teotihuacan. The check-in experience was fantastic as well. Our first dinner at the restaurant on the roof top was memorable. We will definitely be back soon. Small suggestion: room cleaning was inconsistence due to the automated lighting options. Many times we had to made the front desk aware our room was not cleaned as scheduled but they quickly send somebody to get the job done..
