The rooms were nice and clean. The food was not that great and on the pricier side. 5 paninis we $82. A burger and quesadilla was $60. We got the buffet for the first morning at $17/person and it was okay. There weren’t that many options

close to zocalo very clean exelent location but no complementary drinks like they used to only water bottle b4 2 beers daily had to ask for facial towels 2 times runing water very slow also did not get vip upgrade only 2 hours ck out extra room service was exelent but pricey order 2 beers 2 tequla shots 540 pesos about 30 usa dollars

Los consejeros y los encargados de la recepción excelente. Muy atentos y nos ayudaron mucho. Desafortunadamente una noche no pudimos dormir debido a un sólido fuerte toda la noche - al parser era un ducto de la cocina y el papel Sanitario estaba muy poco. Muy conveniente que estuviera a una cuadra del zócalo de Mexico .

Very convenient location, accessible to lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. The hotel is overall small with 5 floors are the rooms are overall quiet. You may want to take earplug with you to block all the noises from the street. Staff were overall friendly. What I like the most about the place was the fact that it was clean and great location to explore Mexico City. Walkable to lots of attractions. Take Uber, it is cheap

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel staff were incredible but the area is just not it. Gets weird especially at night. Multiple homeless people outside. The rooms were also dimly lit and although I paid for a premium room, I literally had no window views. Not the city, not the next building. Nothing. For reference I’m speaking for room 305 Avoid altogether if you can and don’t get lured in by the photos. Do your research. There are much better hotels in better neighborhoods for the same price in CDMX
