Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV.

Great property! We felt very safe and cared for. Quiet, clean room with everything we needed. Great location if you are seeing a show at Pepsi Center WTC. Plenty of food and shopping near by.

Mi estancia estuvo bien, sin embargo recomiendo poner tapete en el baño, y unas toallas de mejor calidad, en las fotos parece que tendras acceso a la alberca o al gimnasio, pero esto no es posible, solo es para residentes.
