Comfortable stay in wonderful La Condesa
Very comfortable, well thought out, functional and quiet hotel. Excellent value. Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty building, especially the double height lobby and courtyard. Gorgeous leafy street. The highlight is the neighbourhood. Within a few blocks is gorgeous Parque Mexico, endless restaurants, cafes and little boutiques. Lovely place to stroll around and explore, peaceful and feels totally calm and safe. Also a lovely walk through the park to the anthropology museum. If you’re planning on exploring the hectic city centre, it’s close by and easy to get around on public transport, and La Condesa makes a quiet retreat from the buzz.

Nice property though a bit dated. No heating but space heater provided on request. Either get scalded or freeze in shower. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant, responsive to needs. A lovely neighborhood (La Condesa) providing needed respite from a bustling CDMX.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was a bonus. The bed and pillows were of good quality. The room was chic and colonial. I would suggest letting guests know where the buzzer is and that you need to ring it when you get there. We did not know, the neighbours across the street took pity and let us know what to do. Otherwise we loved our stay. So many great places to eat, lots of green spaces and very safe to wander around. Once you figure out the metro, travel around the city is very straight forward. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staying at PARRAL is an experience in itself! A super cute and quirky spot, feels like a home because of its set up and service. The room was spacious and pretty. The cleanliness could be a bit better, but I suppose for the price it was pretty apt. The hosts were beyond incredible and kind — got me a portable heater when it got too cold & was overall very approachable and helpful. My room was next to the street so it got a bit loud but as a city girl, i loved it, and it helped me feel safer. The water was really cold (but I didn’t bring this up to the hotel tho I’m sure they would do their best to address it). Overall, as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and cared for. Note that you have to buzz in to the hotel everytime you’re trying to enter — a quirk that’s mostly cute but at times can be a bit inconvenient. Will be back!

The hotel was in a prime location with walkable access to restaurants, market places, art and parks. Super safe property, with speaker and camera admittance. Our room was kept clean and supplied with fresh towels, and the breakfast was prepared fresh for us each day. The front desk was helpful in finding last minute tour guides, though all transactions were necessary in Spanish.Communication was only a little problem for us, because we had some Spanish and Google translate is an added tool. Overall, great place to stay in a big city!

This is fantastic place to stay in Mexico City in Condesa! Very clean, safe, walkable to dining options and close to shopping. Friendly staff as well! Lots of dog walkers in the neighborhood as well if you like seeing dogs. Highly recommend!!!

A wonderful place
Picked this place blind based on reviews, and could not have been more pleased. Nice neighborhood, plenty to walk to in Condesa, and the room was immaculate with a premium feel. The staff was excellent, and the cooked to order breakfast a wonderful surprise. It has probably ruined us for other last minute accomodations in places we've never been to!

Charmed in the Condesa
We only stayed one night at this small, charming, well-priced hotel in the Condesa area. The women at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, and even held our luggage at no charge while we did some sightseeing. Limited but very good home cooked breakfast on the patio. Clean and quiet rooms in a great location.

This small hotel was perfectly clean quiet and well appointed. Breakfast to order was great. On a quiet street with 24 hour front desk to buzz you in. I was with my younger sister and we felt so safe. The ladies that work there were very helpful with any questions and even provided late check out when our flight was delayed due to a storm. My Spanish is very limited and that was not a problem. I was a little worried about no aircon but the temps are cool and the room was completely comfortable night and day. Did I mention that the price is unbeatable and there are adorable restaurants steps away. This is the place to stay! I’ll be back :)
