Always a comfortable stay. There is a pharmacy and Walmart within three blocks. Restaurant is fine, kind service. Rooms are very large and bed is comfortable.

This is an old hotel that was remodeled many years ago, so it’s in need of an urgent upgrade, we informed staff at reception desk that the water pressure was really low. They said they were going to look at it, the same day at night we ask the staff once more if the problem was taken care of, the lady at the front desk said yes, it was surely taken care of because she had no notes in the system. So that night, we had no water in the shower, the next day the same thing I went once more to the reception desk to ask what had happened, so the person I asked, said she had no knowledge of this and asked me if I wanted the problem to be solved????? The only person that really apologized to me was the maintenance manager, and he assured me that he had not received any instructions to fix it prior to this date. The mattresses are old and noisy. The location is not convenient if you want to go out for a walk, there are no restaurants near, so you only have the restaurant in the hotel, room service takes forever. I would definitely not recommend this hotel whatsoever

Always a solid stay. Rooms very large and bed comfortable . In-house restaurant is quite good. Easy access to Periferico and there’s small drugstore nearby.

I went to this Hotel because It has a pool but when we arrive we can’t used my trip was business and I bring my kid to the pool he couldn’t And the room was not clean anytime The housekeeper never show up
