In general it was fine, only that when we arrived and asked for access to the parking lot the girl who attended us responded sharply saying that there was none, when in the publication says FREE PARKING. After that we were conditioned not to take the car out arguing that it was locked. The rooms are spacious, clean but if you bring your car be prepared to deal with their comments.

What a dump!
Dumpy apartment. Old sofa covers on old sofa in need of repair or tossing in the trash. Dirty microwave, old towels, dirty curtains, lumpy pillows, very cold at night, connection for smart tv not working. Very poor maid service. The only good thind was the location. Ive stayed in much better places for less money. Think twice before booking at this very bad apartment.

Great neighbourhood with many restaurants/bars around. no idea how this place has 8+ rating. Furniture is dated, paint and siding peeling and chipped, bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower pressure low, fridge not cold. The couple times walking in/out of the hotel had shady character sitting in the small lobby stare me down.

Nice Location but needs lots of work
Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and the neighborhood is relatively safe. The property itself needs a lot of work. Our living room furniture was very old and both sofa and loveseat had major sagging and wear. The door to our patio locked from the outside only which was very strange. The bathroom was nice but water pressure is pretty low and takes a long time to heat up. Staff was all nice with good customer service. Paint had cracks and some peeling so could use a touch up. Overall the suite worked for us and we liked that there was lots of room, furniture and paint just need some freshening up.

El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Está bien amueblado pero la cocina es un desastre. No está pensada para que la puedas usar realmente. Faltan muchas cosas de manera aleatoria. Alrededor hay multitud de restaurantes. No hay lavadora de uso público en el edificio. El gimnasio no tiene ni banca y apenas alguna mancuerna. No te ponen ni perchas. Se ve que no está pensado para largas estancias.

This is a spacious hotel with reasonably nice amenities. The service is good. The furnishings are a bit worn down and the bed was very firm, but the linens and towels are good.The area is excellent--very quiet with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Nice Long Term Place in a Great Area
Overall, the place is nice. Best feature is definitely the kitchenette with stove top, sink, and refrigerator. I've stayed here a few times in the past so my criticism is based on other rooms I've been in: on this stay they put me in a room with grossly mismatched couches. It was only me staying in the room so it was never used, but the piece that appeared out of place was like a couch you would find in a dingy basement. Other than that, living area with cable TV is a plus and so is the free parking garage. The only issue with the garage being that it only holds about 4 cars max.

Awful, Awful, deceiving info on Hotels.com. Didn't have the rooms we requested. The penthouse carpet in bedroom had large spot that looked like a crime scene, no window screens, toilet not working. Beside rundown condition. They charged us upfront. We decided not to stay there. They gave us option to moved us to there other property Giorgio Suites. We did. Better, from a 0 we went to a 7.

Este hotel realmente tiene una excelente ubicación, el personal es muy atento y amable atienden tus solicitudes al instante . Llegamos un poco antes del check out y fue posible obtener una habitación antes , tuvimos limpieza de la habitación cada día , tienen cajas de seguridad en la habitación para guardar tus pertenencias , no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero no es necesario , en general fue muy buena la experiencia. Se escucha un poco el Ruido de las otras habitaciones
