My sis and I recently had an incredible stay at ULIV and couldn't be happier! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. My room was spotless, with a fantastic view and all the amenities we needed. The restaurants nearby served delicious meals, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend ULIV for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Five stars! 🌟🏨

Great, overall experience. The room suite was modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Had all necessary amenities with kitchenette. The location in Polanco is quiet, and plenty of restaurants,Coffee shops you can walk to. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to check until 3pm on the dot. Other than that the staff was great and a 24 hour security officer available. I would recommend staying here. There’s also a nice roof top to hang out, we stopped at the store before checking in and enjoyed some beers up there while we waited for our room to be available. FYI no restaurant, no room service, no bar are available at this location

Nice studio apartment in Polanco. The location is excellent. Tons of nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. Very safe area. You can also take Uber to travel to other neighborhoods like Roma or Condesa.

Great location, safe area, plenty of shops and eateries. Had a studio and room seemed runed down. Fridge made a terrible noise, had to unplug it, sink flowing slowly, linens tired, bed not super comfy, ac very, very noisy.
