amazing stay at ULIV 8-AUG to 12-AUG.
Our stay at ULIV Roma Norte was great. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness or the hospitality of Javi and Jorge. It was blocks away from some of the best restaurants and cafes. The security was amazing and also so friendly. We would stay again in a heart beat. We loved our first time in CDMX and our stay here is in part what made it so great. Highly recommend!

My stay at ULIV was perfect! Absolutely unbeatable location in the booming Roma Norte neighborhood. Javi was too notch in making me feel welcome and provided clear communication and recommendations. It's a unique experience at ULIV. They live up to their name, I felt like I really lived there in my own studio apt. Highly recommend staying here!

We very much enjoyed our stay in ULIV. The management of this property is excellent. Two days before arriving, they contacted me via Expedia and Whatsapp to confirm my arrival time and to offer any needed assistance. Upon arriving, the property manager and the front desk security guard helped with our suitcases and made us feel at home. The building itself is very modern and clean. Our apartment had all of the amendinities you could ask for - complete kitchen, dining table, 2 TVs with streaming, 2 complete bathrooms, and great A/C. Our only challenge is that the beds are a bit tight for two people. What helps us a lot was that there are washers and dryers you can use on the 5th floor. Also ULIV is centrally located and walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. ULIV was a great place for my family.

Really love the property it has everything you need. Pretty safe to walk to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. I loved the roof patio it has a small workout room and washer and dryer for your convenience. The property is very modern. They offer great amenities for what you pay for. The only I dint like was the stairs but after all the meals it was great for cardio. Not a deal killer for me. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Mexico City.

Porteras, lavadoras/secadoras gratis, limpio, cómodo, ubicación ideal, acceso a muchos restaurantes y cafés bien ricos. Les recomiendo Madres Café y para sushi, el restaurante WABI. En fin, recomiendo mucho este lugar.

Seven of us stayed at the ULIV Hotel Roma Norte for about five days for Mexico City Pride, and we had a fantastic time. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff are very friendly. A pleasant surprise was that there were free laundry machines available for use. The gym is tiny, but it has most of what you need—dumbbells of various sizes, a treadmill, and an exercise bike.

Go for a run outside, not 5AM
Hotel was well located and rooms were amazing. Unfortunately there was a gym above our room which people were accessing at all times of the day and when using the treadmill the sound was unbearable. This happened at 5am and woke us up. Also, there was an issue with the hot water which meant we couldn’t wash hands properly or shower. If it wasn’t for these 2 things, it would have received 5 stars.
