Very modern, accessible, daily house-keeper!... air conditioning. Very very clean. Powerful shower (so much so I felt a little guilty knowing the water shortage in CDMX). The door attendants were always present and very friendly. The "one room" was really a one bedroom apartment meaning there was a separate room with king-sized bed and then a sitting room/kitchen with futons. Perhaps the best value apartment/hotel I've every stayed at. Fast wifi and great location especially for us English speakers.

One of the most pleasant hotels I've stayed at. The staff was so pleasant, and the area is top-notch. Make sure you walk one block to Panadería Rosetta for the best pastries and coffee! 10/10 would stay again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel - from front desk check-in to waking in the morning - every was just perfect. The room was huge - large living room/kitchenette, and separate large bedroom with balcony. (this was the least expensive room!). The bathroom was big, well lit and comfortable with a rain shower overhead faucet. Everything was done ultra modern and sleek. Neighborhood is fantastic with a myriad of restaurants, shops etc right outside the door. Highly recommend

I was looking for a good place to stay with my husband as it was going to be his first time the city. We loved the location, staff were incredibly friendly and offered recommendations for things to see and eat around. There were plenty of places to eat at walkable distance, which is something we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be rebooking for our next visit to the city.

Our go to place to stay in Roma Norte. Easy to walk everywhere, excellent restaurants nearby. Fast and friendly service here, very quiet and spacious.

Overall, our stay was great. The apartment is very nice, clean, and modern. We felt safe coming in and out of the property as well. The staff and security were mostly attentive. Sound does carry from the halls and one morning we did hear the children from the daycare having some type of program. The only negative thing is that our apartment was cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Towels were changed and the trash was emptied daily though.
