This hotel was not a hotel...it was a dirty apartment (fraudulent advertisement). The shower curtain had mold, the bathroom had ants, the rug was stained and toilet flooded upon the first flush. My 9-year old daughter woke up with a bug on her stomach (either a tic or a bed bug). We had to immediately leave and the property. The property then told us the situation could have easily been rectified and we should have stayed. They subsequently claimed the property was fine and claimed that I fabricated the picture of the bug and my daughter's bite. They did not offer to refund our payment and I have most of my week's vacation trying to get hotels.com, which is also very disappointing. Obviously, this property is fraudulent and the conditions are criminal.
One word Awesome enjoyed everything about my stay!!!!!

I got this suite for my parents , they are seniors citizens , plus my mother is sick and can't move around too much.
30 minutes prior to check out this girl , named Julia, comes to the door and when my father opens the door she said" what the hell are you still doing here????

Details on our itinerary stated that we would receive an email on details regarding our apartment. We never did receive the email and had to contact expedia to intervene. They finally obtained the apartment number. Communication with owner could better. When we arrived apartment was clean. There were tiny ants in the kitchen which infested our food. We received a notice in our door, for delinquent bill from the property management to the owner. Other than that our stay was nice. We just wish we had better communication from the owner. I thought it was a bit over priced.
It was a GREAT stay. We atayed for 3 days and enjoyed every moment. It would have been nice to have some directions on how to navigate around complex. Ex: how to get to pool! Kitchen needs more tools to cook with. Other than that i would definately go back.

Por error nuestro dejamos un colchon inflable nuevo que acababamos de comprar, nos contactamos con la persona que aparecía en la reservaciòn pero luego de sacarnos excusas en las primeras llamadas nos dijo que no lo podia devolver y eso nos parece muy deshonesto de su parte, nunca lo recomendaria
As we arrived we couldn't find the apartment due to lack of reception. This is not a hotel but a rental apartment building. Dimitri (landlord)who rents the apartment left the key inside the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment was dirty and was not cleaned properly. Dirt and dust in the corners. Dirty bathroom and mold on shower curtain and floors. The dryer for the clothes was broken. We contacted the landlord who promised to send somebody to repair it but never did. We were 6 people and got only one key and one gym/pool pass. When contacted the landlord about an extra key but he said it would cost 100$ !!! (Btw it costs nothing at the entrance of the building)! The bedsheets were dirty and possibly with bedbugs since we had itchy bite marks and there was no insects outside. Old broken kitchen wear. The only positive thing about the apartment was location in quiet area, 10 min walk to the beach. Nice pool area but the gym equipment is old and rusty. You won't see the ocean from the balcony as on the picks that advertise this apartment because it is located on 6th floor. Picks on the website were probably taken from another apartment on 11th floor.
Need to mention helpful staff at main entrance that had nothing to do with heping us but was helpful from making phone calls to ordering the cab or renting a car.
