We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and staff are amazing. For sure we will come back.

Absolutely filthy units
This facility is absolutely filthy. It is ran like Airbnb with basically no customer service. Front desk cannot help, they can only give you access to the units. Units are ran down, with mold, uncleaned and stained sheets with blood. We asked for another unit but it was equally disgusting.

Its ok, but...
You have to pay for parking $30 a day, and wi-fi didnt work. Also walls were thin. I could hear the people in the unit next door, all night and their TV at 6am in the morning. The space needs some serious sound proofing.

I paid for service that I never received. I stayed for 3 days I had to buy my own toilet paper because service never came back. Parking was over rated. Long waiting time to get car. Super long time waiting for the elevator. I had to lug my luggage down 15 flights of stairs. And the bed sheets left me with a skin rash. I was not happy But the view was nice

The only issue is a lack of elevator. It can take you up to 15 minutes waiting for the elevator.

As soon as you get there the staff is unpleasant. They immediately charge you an obscene amount for “resort Fees” then tell you there is no maid service for 5 days of my stay. One roll of toilet paper and take your own garbage out or you will be charged. The pool is extremely small for 2 large buildings to share, so it was always packed full of kids. The elevators were somewhat working only 2 but extremely slow- so we had to use the stairs to 8th floor daily. The beds were concave in the middle obviously needed to be replaced! Way too expensive for what you got. To top it all off our plastic key card fell behind fridge so they charged us for it because we only returned on. No parking you have to valet $$$ xtra. I would Never recommend this place to an enemy!!! Terrible 👎👎

The place was amazing always stay on the South size of the building so you can enjoy the sun on the balcony.

Si estás pensando reservar este hotel NO LO HAGAS.Te cobran todo, hasta un rollo de papel higiénico extra. Tienes q sacar la basura del cuarto antes de retirarte, si lo has olvidado cobran $60. También te cobran un fee de hotel por $30 por día y $30 de estacionamiento. Las habitaciones no están aisladas para el ruido , he pasado 2 noches de locura, mi vecino fumaba marihuana y Jugaba a la play station hasta las 5 de la mañana, ellos decían que me quejé a expedía, q la habitación mía no la manejaban ellos, el teléfono del cuarto no funciona, así que debes bajar a la recepción cada vez que necesites algo. Tampoco te proveen jabón y shampoo. La gente de limpieza no tiene stock. El ascensor tarda 20 minutos en los horarios de mucha frecuencia, así que búscate un lugar cómodo para esperar el ascensor, las sillas y sombrilla de playa las tienes q cargar tu hasta la playa. La piscina y vista es hermosa, creo que fue lo único bueno del hotel

The AC was not working for the first 2 days I was there and they never gave me a refund for that time and I saw a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill. My family was extremely hot for those first days this stay was unacceptable.

The room looked clean, however 4 cockroaches came out during our 3 nights stay. We had stained on our bedcover and on the sofa. We were only given two toilet paper roll. We had to take our own trash out, If not, we would get a $60 fine. Also, we were surprise that if we wanted to use the garage to park our car, we had to pay $25 per day. This was not informed at purchase. Our host took three hours to reply to a text or email regards our reservation. Would we stay again? No. The only good thing about the hotel was to view and the shuttle service to the beach.
