The AC was not working for the first 2 days I was there and they never gave me a refund for that time and I saw a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill. My family was extremely hot for those first days this stay was unacceptable.

Disappointed
The room looked clean, however 4 cockroaches came out during our 3 nights stay. We had stained on our bedcover and on the sofa. We were only given two toilet paper roll. We had to take our own trash out, If not, we would get a $60 fine. Also, we were surprise that if we wanted to use the garage to park our car, we had to pay $25 per day. This was not informed at purchase. Our host took three hours to reply to a text or email regards our reservation. Would we stay again? No. The only good thing about the hotel was to view and the shuttle service to the beach.

Gros problème d’attente pour les ascenseurs, délai jusqu’à 10 minutes facilement 😞 Impossible de téléphoner à la réception si besoin particulier pas de téléphone dans la chambre L’état de la piscine laisse à désirer l’eau est brouillée et manque de chaises et parasol
