There were no lights, no phone, no elevator, no TV. The hotel knew there was no light after 12:00 midnight. They should have advised us of the problem. We wouldn’t have made the reservation.

The location of this property is great. I had an issue one day when I had the “Privacy Please” sign on the door. The cleaning associate ignored my request and went in the room and cleaned it. I had the curtain down and it was partially lifted. I was disappointed that they even went into the room.

After, checking went to room first warning was the door was propped open and the window was open. It smelled as if the room had been previously flooded with water and the smell of mildew was thick. After, complaining they sent some on to the room to spray an odor fighter to try to mask the smell. Guess what it didn’t work. The front desk attendant said they were sold out. I said well refund my money we ended up getting a clean across the parking lot.
