The in-room coffee maker was dirty inside and looked like it hasn't been used or cleaned in months any the shower head was broken and you could only hold it in your hand. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

My cruise was cancelled. I called to cancel my reservation. Travelocity looked into it and told me the hotel would not cancel, nor would they issue a credit for the time that I would rebook the cruise. I KNOW the room was booked because of hurricane Helene coming in. What would it have cost the hotel to issue a credit????? Absolutely NOTHING! I would still like to have the credit issued so I have a paid room when I need it.

I've Literally Stayed At This Property 6 Times So Far Including Yesterday 9.14.24.. When I Checked In I Was Advised There Was A Now $15 Parking Fee.. And That Wasn't The Policy Literally When I Booked This Date A Smidge Over 1 Month Ago. When I Swiped My Card To Enter My Room There Was An Employee In The Room On His Cell Phn Leaving Since I Now Opened The Door Which Scared The Crap Outta Me As No One Should Be There When U Get Your Keys, Next The Shower Literally Did Not Get Hot.. I Literally Took A Cold/Cool Shower When I Arrived, Left For The Night And When I Returned Back To My Room Later That Night I Let The Shower Run Literally 17 Mins And It Became Luke Warm, Which Is Annoying That You Pay For Confort And You Don't Receive It.. And Lasty All Night I Kept Hearing Noises As If Someone Was At The Door Or Running Thru The Hall Or Bumping The Walls But Low And Behold The Room Above Us Literally Was Stomping To The Point That My Night Here Was The Worst .. Wr Only Had 2 Towels, 2 Wash Cloths & 2 Hand Towels Which Was Absolutely Rediculous Seeming We Definitely Needed/Should Have Had 4 Of Each... Needless To Say Im Booked To Stay Here Next Month But Rest Assured, I'm Cancelling That Booking. I'd Rather Pay More Money To Stay Elsewhere Instead Of Having Another Knight As Such..
