This is a Terrible place! An absolute dump. I booked it, and could not stay there a night, so I left to find a different hotel. Property Condition: Awful! It's a dilapidated set of houses ; outside the door, there is a box that you put a code in to open it, it was falling off the door. Also, the room inside smells like sewage! Also, it's so dark inside... the dilapited light fixture on the ceiling has barely enough light (it's very dim in the room). Also, there was a lot of construction. But that was the least of the problem. The neighborhood: nothing is around. Literally it's on a kind of isolated road with a few residential properties around. That's it. Oh and the photos of the property online makes it look much better than it is in real life. It's truly a dump of a property.

Stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. That was fine, but the building and room itself was very rundown with bare amenities. The building seems to primarily be a storage area for the inn. Getting in and out of the property was a challenge since the code to the gate didn't work. We were frequently stuck outside waiting with other guests that also couldn't get in. Many people complaining about it in the front desk.

Shower doesn't work, pool is filthy, garbage everywhere. Maintenance was in our room changing a water heater and electrical panel. After all that still no hot water. Absolutely terrible do not stay here.

A little comfort with potential
The hotel bar was under renovation when we stayed there. The pool and courtyard offer a nice sitting area. We were allowed to check our luggage before the room was ready, which was nice. The young woman at the desk was helpful. The hotel offers water, beer, and wine for purchase on-site. Although it seemed like a rough area, the hotel felt mostly safe. There is a gate that gets locked at night. The room below us had at least 5 dogs that caused an odor that radiated throughout the hallway. The price was decent for a place to stay before hopping on our cruise ship.

This will be a fabulous hotel when it's finished. The social area is great!! The rooms need some TLC, but I really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after. It's hard to find.... even with GPS our Lyft drivers got lost. I would come back.

One staff member was nice, the next seemed to have a bad day. The place is very beautiful. With some effort, it could be a real gem. A lot of plane and train noise. Overall it was nice, but just needs some more work to make it 4-5 stars.

HORRIBLE
The sheets look dirty. Not even soap or a hair blow dryer inside rooms. The room didn't even have a bucket of ice! I guess because this place didnt even offer ice for guests. The so called "restaurant" was closed. When we try asking a staff, this lady gave me an attitude... not even in english, which I get it is Miami, but she got annoyed by my question. HORRIBLE! DONT USE THIS PLACE! you better off renting in Motel 6! This place is more towards little Havana, the surroundings are shady. This is on the other side of the bridge. Barely Brickell.

The is not a hotel. This is a hostel. I paid close to $700 and My third floor did not have a bathroom. The bathroom was on the second floor and it's shared with 8 other rooms. My room should have a washroom where I can keep my hands clean and do other cleansing that needs to be done outside of the shower. There are no elevators and my room was on the third floor. The ceiling was low and I bumped my head every day I stayed there. I am only 5'5. I am not very tall. Talk about a lawsuit. Also, they don't provide you with, ice, water, coffee, or a fridge. If I am staying at a hostel the least they could do is price the room to a low standard. I thought this was a hotel. I would say this is a very low-quality place. I asked them to bring something to my room which they said I could pick it up in the morning. I showed up in the morning and they didn't have it available. $700 and you can't bring me the extension cord needed for the TV in the room. I saw that it was close to downtown and that there would be shops and cafes close by which there were not. Do not book here if you want a comfortable stay.

This stay ended up terrible. Linens had blood, when we asked for them to be replaced the second linens had urine on them. Dust, dead bugs, and weird brown stuff on the floors. Hair all over the bathroom. Staff was unhelpful and rude when we complained.
