LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood. We would ask you to remain quiet after 11pm. PARKING: Our driveway provides 4 parking spots. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn or your car will be fined and towed. Cars must be properly displayed PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us. HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment). Please take time to read the house rules as they are really important as staying in nice residential areas means being respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood’s rules.
- Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isn’t allowed. Parking on neighbor’s lot isn’t allowed. City will fine and tow cars not respecting these rules
- Party/Noise: We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d like to remind you that no loud gathering is allowed at any time. Strictly no noise is tolerated after 10pm. It's a residential neighborhood and neighbors will call police as they did in the past. This could lead to a fine, a loss of your security deposit and the forfeit of your reservation. We must follow local regulations and protect our license, hope you can understand.
- Plumbing: Please do not flush anything else than toilet paper in the toilets as it could cause a cloggage leading to toilets and showers to flood. Please throw anything else than toilet paper in bins.
- Windows/doors: Please make sure to keep all the doors and windows always shut. Not doing so could harm the AC unit and reduce the quality of the AC during your stay. It would also avoid having any insect to come into the property, as you probably know, Florida has a tropical climate with a lot of wildlife and vegetations, especially during the current season.
- AC: Please do not set it under 72 degrees and make sure to shut all windows/doors at all time. If the AC outperforms it could cause it to freeze and therefore leak. If frozen, there is nothing else we can do than turning off the AC for 30 min and wait for the ice to melt.
- Trash: Please do not bring the bins in & out as we have staff to do so. In fact, the city doesn’t hesitate to fine any bins which stayed out.
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.
- Late check out: As courtesy, we will ask you to please honor the check-out time to give our professional cleaning staff enough time to clean and sterilize the home for our next guest as we did to prepare for you. A non-respect of the check-out time will engender a penalty, imposed by the platform.
- Keypad: It's pretty simple. if it's ever showing you a hard time for any reason, please take a video and send it our way to we can assist you asap
- Propane bottle: if you ever run out of gas during your stay, please take the bottle to any gas station/walmart/home depot which charge $20 to refill and send us your receipt so we can reimburse you.
- Wifi: If for any reason you are facing a disconnection, unplug it for few min and plug it again to reset it.
