Checking in had a bit of a wait at the security office, but once we got past that, it was smooth sailing. The coordinator was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and proactive, ensuring that we had all the details we needed. Room was cleaned well and had beautiful view. Shower had very little water pressure and bathroom lock did not work. We had 4 beds and reservation for 4 people. There were only 3 blankets. Skimpy on towels for a 3 days stay. Bring your own shampoo and toiletries.

The property was as expected. Clean, had all necessary equipment. Utensil knives hard to use because they were not cutting at all.Melissa was very accommodating and provided additional beach chair per my request. Thank you Melissa for your attentiveness ! The unit had comfortable beds. The property is very conveniently located right on the beach. The pool is easy to access. I would rent this property again because of its location and affordability. There is free trolley nearby that brings you to South beach. There is affordable public buses band very affordable Uber and Lyft services To get to Miami City Center and Airport.

Affordable, great amenities, & soft beds!

The overall stay was great after we got into the room. The check-in process was not the best, and the code we were given to get into the room didn’t work, had to wait 30-40minutes after paying more to check in early, before we could access the room. The beds however were AMAZING, literally the softest bed I have ever laid on! The pool and beach access were very nice despite the weather being super windy and cool. I would definitely stay here again!

Biggest danger was the hot plate with improper wiring, holes in the tiles, water was lukewarm and the room was very basic. Will not stay there again.

Great view, proximity to the beach. they offer beach chairs (2) and a beach Umbrella which were nice to have. Valet parking is little hassle, be patient as this is a very large property.
