The worst hotel in Miami Beach
The worst hotel I ever stayed in that didn’t even have a trash can. No coffee. Room right above taco place and music all night. No one answers front desk and they wouldn’t move me to a higher floor or room away from the music. The worst experience I ever had.

Hot water issues.
No hot water our first night which they did not have the capacity to address until the following day. Also much too much fragrance in the lobby as well as all over the hotel. Only upside was the location.

The Catalina is in a perfect location. Our rooms air conditioner was so incredibly loud that we couldn’t even talk or hear the tv while it was running. Also, the toilet was running the whole time we were there. Our room, for the price was really not what I expected. Our view was of the concrete wall and windows of the rooms in the next hallway. We did sleep good though.

Horrible! Tuvimos que dejar el hotel antes de tiempo sin reembolso. No esta limpio, sabanas sucias, lavamanos sucio, apesta, el hotel tiene 3 locales uno de ellos es arriba de un bar/restaurante, súper incómodo ya que tienes que entrar por el bar y por donde las personas están comiendo para subir al cuarto. Además que indica que incluye estacionamiento y no es así, no tiene estacionamiento. No lo recomiendo para nada.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, the room was perfect for what I needed and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. I arrived early and was able to get checked in early. The food was good in the restaurant and they offer a free happy hour from 4pm-5pm. I would highly recommend staying here when I return to Miami!
