not happy with this hotel
there were several surprise expenses which increased the price per night such that i would have never chosen that property. the room smelled like mold, grout was very dirty, the outlet in the bathroom would not hold the plug. the ceiling fan shook. the lobby had carpet to the main hotel that was very dirty. the work out room was so hot and dirty too with TV that did not work

The hotel has rooms behind around a courtyard. These rooms are subjected to loud noise from outside air conditioners. When I complained, they solved me by moving me to the building in front immediately. That is, they are aware of and assign certain clients those rooms.

Nice hotel
I like this hotel overall. However, the outlets need to be updated—difficult to charge all my devices. Also, the room has a console with large drawers, but a table or desk with a chair would be more convenient for using a computer, putting on makeup, or eating.

We only spent the night, we did not use any of the amenities. However I have to say that The room was very clean, the Front desk agent who checked us in was very kind and helpful. I did enjoy my stay at Circa 39 the hotel is small but lovely and welcoming. The food is also very good.

The best part was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was ok. Very few coat hangers in the room. Furniture had some dust on it. Bathroom had water leaking on the floor. But towels were clean.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and they never disappoint. The staff there are welcoming and easy to strike a conversation with them. The rooms are always serviced when requested. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach which you can get to by crossing the street and walking up the block. There are lots of options to grab a bite, especially Primo Cafe which is next door and open late. I would recommend my friends and anyone to stay here.

We love Circa 39. We often go to that hotel when we travel to Miami. It's great, awesome location and friendly staff. Very clean and really good service.
