We booked this place because it said ot had a later night shuttle. We waited at the airport for 2 hours at the pickup point and called the hotel many times with no one answering ever. We finally got a cab. The room was old, dated and dirty. Would not stay here again.

Was good for a rest from a layover. Airport pick up was kind of vague, one employee said pickup was on the hour, another said every half hour. Pickup area between 5 and 21, large area and do much traffic, it was hard to spot driver. Thank goodness an officer was able to spot pickup van for us and flagging down.

On site dining had very limited hours. Only near restaurant was flavorless Chinese food only available at their rear door in their parking lot. Front desk staff were fairly lackadaisical about helping customers. Requests for tissue, callbacks for transportation, dining information, etc were basically ignored. They seemed undertrained, ill-informed and definitely unmotivated. There was always a line waiting for help.

We needed to get a blanket, but the food from the "canteen" was a surprise and good. The room was comfortable. The property is a bit aged, but in a great location. The airport shuttle worked out really well for us this time. Other hotels we've been stranded at the airport for an eventual pickup nearly 3 hours after we landed. If you get there at the right time, there is a nice Thai restaurant that is "not too far" to walk to. Other options as well. The trip back to the Airport was very smooth. 45 minutes from leaving the hotel to through TSA and seated for Breakfast at the Irish Pub on the D Concourse.

A/C Unit was not cooling down the room and felt very hot during my time here. Mini fridge was not working so my drinks were hot as well. Ice machine at the facility was not dispensing ice. Need to put some valuables in the provided safe in the room, come to find out the handle/knob was completely missing, making it unfunctional. The lobby had a long line every time I walked passed. My room keys stopped working and in result had to wait over 40mins just to get my keys reprogramed. They park there shuttle buses in the car port, so no one can even pull in. This place needs to get it together or close down. I travel very heavy and stay in bad hotels but this was on another level.

Its shelter… but not a comfortable stay
I booked a hotel with a bath tub and I received a room with a connecting room and very LOUD neighbors and a hospital looking shower for wheel chairs so sadly no bathtub for me, the water was freezing too and there was no heating in the whole building so I was using the hair blow dryer to get warmth. I felt miserable with the loud noises coming from the connecting room all night. I’m sincerely upset that Hotels.com showed and sold such a different deal of what I signed up for.

There are thousands of airport hotels better
The room was fine, just like basically every reasonable hotel room. The service was the issue. It is across the street from the airport and they only run the shuttle on the hour, with a smaller hotel that would be fine, but this is a huge hotel and there are hundreds of people taking the shuttle. And we had a wheelchair that folds and they said immediately the shuttle won't fit a wheelchair. And the desk person was very unconcerned about the difficulty all this would cause. Their "cafe" appeared to be an employee hangout.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL
Very insafe place , someone tried to break into our room at around 130 am from ajoining room, could NOT get front desk on phone had to walk down there and then o had to tell tjem to send someone up to find out what was going on! They sent an old woman up to see what was going on in the room next to us she came down and told us the people said there was no problem THEY WERE THE ONES TRYING TO GET INTO OUR ROOM SO OF COURSE THEY HAD NO PROBLEM. they gave us another room bit did not have secirity escort us to get our stiff out of old room . New room security lock was a chain lock anyone could havebroke with ease but it was useless because it was installed BACKWARDS I HAVE VIDEO, ONE SONS room had mold growing on ceilin other sons room had HOOKERS IN IT AND THE WHOLE JOTEL WAS FULL OF ILLEGALS! THIS WAS AN ANSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. WE GOT NO SLEEP AND WE ALL HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE MORNING BECAUSE IT WAS SO UNSAFE. THIS RUINED OUR FIRST DAY ON OUR CRUISE. I WANT A REFUND

Called for the Shuttle at 7.25 pm, at gate 9 at Miami airport, was told 8pm. 7.55pm Shuttle drives right past. I was in the road waving him to stop. He didn't even look to see if anyone was waiting. Small guy in blue cap. Called back the hotel had to wait for another 30 mins for the next shuttle. Finally got to the hotel at 8.35pm. Other than that great hotel.
