Our cute house offers all you will need for a great stay in Florida: a large living room, a personal work station, a fully equipped kitchen for your meals and accommodations to sleep up to 6 people so you can feel at home during your trip. The dryer and washer located in a small room in the back of the house offer extra convenience. The proximity to the train station, local supermarkets and center of Coconut Grove make this gem the ideal spot for a work or a leisure trip, book it now! The main entrance gives into the living room and then the kitchen. Washer and dryer machines are located behind the kitchen, in their own separate laundry room. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the bathroom and it's full bathtub. There is no driveway parking for this house, but there is a spot right in front of the house along the street. Our street is purely residential so they is not much traffic. We are a small team working every day but Saturdays.
