It’s not the best but it’s not the worst. We were only there two nights. It wouldn’t be a property I would stay in for longer than 2 nights. And the first bed is super uncomfortable. The quality of the towels sheets and even the microwave is like. 2 star they need to invest in new appliances and sheets and towels.
Beds frames and furniture looked like they were purchased from a third hand store. Poor/sloppy handyman work in the apartment. Few outlets around bed and cords don't stay in very well. Not enough night stands for beds. Apartment is listed under a variety of names, likely to avoid poor reviews. We stayed one night and moved to the Best Western for the remainder of our stay. This property does not do refunds.
Overall it was a great stay property es clean and quiet only issue I had was with the valet service they damaged my SUVS roof when they put the truck in valet garage they didn’t notice the height of my truck is high seems like they hit an overhead pipe in the garage area super disappointed and crushed by this service.

Good stay
Honestly I was scared because some of the reviews are negative but we had a great time and we had no issues. Everything was clean. The only thing that was kind a pain is the elevator. But other than that it was great.
Dilo Apartments aka Girasole Apartments aka Boutique Apartments...because they couldn't figure out which name they wanted to send emails from. I should have known something was awry just based on the 3 different names. Let's give an accurate review...
After I booked our room, I informed via chat that I am disabled and would need a room on a lower level or nearest to the elevator because of my disabilities. I was told my room was on the 7th floor but they would "try" to accommodate me.
I received an email the day before my arrival with instructions for check in only to find that my room was still on the 7th floor. But lets continue.
The email I received instructed to go to the front desk and give the staff the room number. The "staff" at the front desk were security guards. Also this entire building screams dated and it smells unpleasant. It looks like blast from the 70's from the wood panel looking walls to the carpet and furniture that only your great grandmother would buy.
When we figured out where our room was on the 7th floor, we found that it was at the very end of a very long hallway with very outdated carpet that smelled outdated...no where near the elevator. Thanks for the disability accommodations. Americans with disabilities salute you. The door looked tempered with because of the way you had to push it to ensure it locked from the inside and the glimmers of light from the hallway that you could see around the door at night.

- Room smelled a chemicals when I used the A/C ; I can’t breath of cause of that and for that I didn’t use A/C; the smell was insupportable; When I arrived an employee painted the wall close to my room.
- The towels was insufficient for four people (e.g. two for bathroom and two for beach) for five days and they didn’t change them:” being an independent listing we do not normally provide replenishment of products”.
Arrived at the place and it’s smell like sewage. A/C doesn’t work. Got a hold of some one and told me to email everything in detail.
I did and as we walk the place it was an absolute unsafe environment to stay in and spend the night.
They try to tell me that they are bound to their cancellation policy. But I’m sure a law suit with anyone getting sick they will re-arrange their policy.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.
Even the valet people and security aren’t professional with what they do.
I don’t know how Expedia still have them as an option. I will also file a complaint with them.
The unit needs a lot of renovation. There were pests roaming around the kitchen, the shower faucet was hard to maneuver and the beds made a lot of noise. The room also had a weird smell. Using the elevator can be confusing and stressful since you have to wait a few minutes to get on an elevator or even several elevators.

Only good thing is the pool and beach Apt has not shades only curtains that barely cover the sun Kitchenette has only a few basics not even a kitchen towel Also no extra trash bags Had to email property a few times for towels only sent two for the whole stay and only two where given to begin with Air conditioning barely worked asked to come check it Nobody came Overall very basic everything not a 5 star review as they ask for
