We arrived at 12:30 exhausted from travelling for 27 hours and were put on a wait list. At 3:30 they offered to give us a better room if we paid an extra $100 per night. At 4:04 they sent us a text that our room was finally available. When we got to the room, there was hair on the bathroom floor, small chunks missing from the granite floor, the couch had a stain on the arm rest, there was a blue stain on the bed sheets and the air conditioner made a horrible noise that sounded like a bathtub draining every time it turned on. The only good thing about the room was the balcony and the bellhop staff was excellent. They did not take our Hilton Honors membership card either. We will never stay there again.

The pool is beautiful, but the pool elevator was broken, so you had to go through the residence part of the building to access. No pool bar and no restaurants IN the hotel-everything is connected in a little mall. Room was VERY clean, the staff at the front desk were a little standoffish and we had to wait a long time for our room. Overall, a clean place to stay with lukewarm service.

The beginning of my stay was perfect. I was ready to give them 5 stars the night of my check in with how kind the front desk girl was and how nice my room was. However, the next morning, around 7:30am I called and requested a late check out. They gave me until 12:30pm. Amazing. Super grateful. At 10:02 my door was opened by housekeeping to check if I had left. I walked out, definitely caught off guard, and told her I had a 12:30pm check out. She apologized and moved on. Mind you, I’m a 28yr old women traveling alone, in the room alone. At 12:05 as I was getting out of the shower my door was opened again while I had no clothes on. At this point my morning is completely turned off and my anxiety just shot up. I don’t understand the purpose of giving a late check out if housekeeping is going to continue to push me out of my room, and rudely. When I expressed this to the man at the front desk with a curly pony tail he told me “people make mistakes. Can I offer you a coupon for a snack”. I just started crying. He didn’t care. At all. Like most men, they will never get it. I just walked out of the hotel and went to my car and cried. After having somebody break into one of my hotel rooms before, so this situation made me very uncomfortable and extremely upset. The feeling of the FD agent just dismissing the situation with a freaking food coupon just put the cherry on top. What a horrible way to end my stay here and I will never be back. What a shame.

The room itself was nice. Our toilet was clogged and we called to have it serviced but no one ever came so we fixed it ourselves. The staff was friendly and they were able to get us in for early check in. The valet service was horrible. The only option is to valet your car at this property. For a standard size vehicle they charge $39 a day but then they add Sir charges and taxes. We were with another party and the valet service backed her Mercedes into a pipe and shattered her back windshield. They never called her or notified her of the incident until she came down to get her car which was kind of suspect. They were not accommodating or understanding Of the situation when she became upset that no one notified her and the police had to be called. The valet is a third-party company. The hotel itself was wonderful but because you’re only option is to valet and the service is terrible I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
