Bar pool closed entire time, both hot tubs outside broken, waterfall feature outside broken. One night housekeeper forgot to leave up towels and morning coffee. Oh, our 3 cable TV set didn’t work. Elevator was broken. For $1,000/night I wouldn’t even rate this a 4 star hotel.

For the price of the room, I expected so much more to be a Hilton. The room itself was clean, but very dated a door handle, fell off as soon as I walked in then my thermostat to control. The air was not in the actual room, but outside of the door in the hallway!! So each time I needed to control the temperature I had to make sure I was dressed and going into the hall Temperature anybody could’ve changed it at any moment without my knowledge! The turndown comforter on the bed was super old and super dingy yellow. There were also water spots in the ceiling that they had tried to paint over halfway painted walls in the room, which were very obvious! I do have pictures of everything that I did take upon arrival to show in each area of disappointment!
