Had issues checking in, had to move rooms twice, the second room they accidentally put us in an owner’s room with their personal items still in there. Created both a safety concern and cleanliness issues especially for a mother who is nursing! Very disappointed in the lack of being able to talk to a manager to rectify the situation. Terrible experience!

The hotel is beautiful, but the only option for parking is valet which is $70 a day. Service if needing anything to your room took quite some time. However, they have great restaurant options, shopping, and a very nice gym. Beach service from Marvel and Jullian was fantastic!

We stayed in a spacious, quiet suite in the Tresor Towers. The hotel offers many dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a historic, iconic hotel, it is impressive and well-maintained. The staff are uniformly courteous, helpful and friendly. One glaring shortcoming is that they don’t provide a coffee and tea machine in their rooms. There is a bakery near the lobby that does provide these for purchase, but if you prefer having your morning cup before venturing out and facing the world like we do, that isn’t quite the same. We also felt the toiletries provided were not up to the standard one expects in a hotel of this caliber. Apart from these small details, we loved the location on the beautiful beach and had a wonderful stay here with a group of friends.

The elevators in one of the towers hasn’t been working properly for a while. 1 of 2 service elevators are down, 1 of 4 elevators are down and the other three were not working properly. Took an hour to wait then finally walkover a dozen flights of stairs. Day 2 had a person standing guard to help close doors of the elevator to help them function.

I liked our stay. Location was nice for what we needed, but the rooms in sorrento Tower have taken a beating to carpet, not the first time I’ve been in a room in sorrento tower. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
