Inexpensive- get what you pay for
There was a lot of highway noise, construction noise, roosters crowing (starting at 3am). Trash cans being moved at 4:00am. Something icky dripping from the ceiling above the tub. Something washed up into the tub from the drain. Other than the bathroom and noise issues the apartment was great!

This is a spacious 2 bedroom Apartment
Beautiful and quiet apartment located near Marlins Stadium. I needed a place to stay for a few days while visiting my sister and her husband in Homestead. Elisabet was very straight forward and upfront with all the information we needed. We enjoyed and had enough parking in the rear gated parking lot for our two vehicles. I also enjoyed the sounds from the roosters in the mornings, reminded me of growing up in Georgia. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for modern comfort at a great price.

No complaints good communication with Elisabet. However I don’t think the place is toddler friendly (under2) my son is 1 he fell off of the bed onto the hard floor but he was ok he’s just used to carpet and a crib.

Clean and comfy
I stayed here for 5 days and I loved it! It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable, Elisabet responds very quickly! I recommend this place it’s in a nice neighborhood, I felt safe the whole time and it’s very close to e11even miami! There’s also a restaurant that’s an 11 minute walk called paseo Universidad, i believe, it’s so good so check them out!

Clean, quiet, comfortable.
We loved it. This propety was affordable, safe, clean and comfortable. Owners are very responsive and helpful and are open to feed back about how to make our stay more enjoyable, which shows they really care about the customers experience and want to provide the best service possible. The neighborhood was exactly what we wanted from our miami stay, we felt like locals. Great location close to almost everything and so full of culture! We loved it and you will too!!!!

So beautiful
This apartment was beautiful. The location was phenomenal. Amazing amenities. We stayed for 10 days and I was very nice. The only issue we had was neighbors. Those who lived in the apartment made it hard to sleep, or relax. Obviously the owner can't control what was happening. We spent most of our time out of the home. We would love to stay again. However I don't think we would with those neighbors. Again I understand that the property owner can't stop it all. We lived in apartments before we bought our home. We get it, but what they were doing was just ridiculous.
