We have never seen a room this bad! No bedside tables to put anything on, no tissues, no elevator so you have to drag your suitcases up the stairs! Advertises shuttle from airport—wrong! The young lady at the counter was as sweet as can be but I’m warning you!! Don’t stay here!

Shuttle at airport showed up an hour after it was supposed to — despite front desk saying it was five minutes away. And the next morning it was “three” minutes but ended up being 45. I caught an Uber just as it was arriving. Cold shower. Tiny bathroom.

This whole experience was a nightmare. There are two hotels with the same name and only a block apart. The pictures on Expedia were for the wrong hotel and very misleading. There was no shuttle service from the airport even though it said it was included. They said there was an elevator there was not. It was a rundown hotel and very noisy. I don’t think I have ever stayed at hotel like this. Very disappointed. Definitely feel like this was a bait and switch and not worth my time or money. Totally lost my faith in Expedia on this one!!!

This was not as nice as portrayed in the pics but overall it served our needs. Our room only had one light that worked and when I used the dryer the breaker flipped I guess and took out the only light and dryer. Probably would not stay again. They do have a lovely outdoor patio though and breakfast was average continental breakfast. The staff was kind and friendly.

Quaint and cute!

The staff at the front desk was great, so patient and understanding despite the attitude of the person checking in ahead of me. The doorman was so helpful and kind. The patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning and plan our trip!

Got this hotel b/c close to the airport and shuttle to airport- DO NOT BOOK!! Shuttle service was HORRIBLE! I called at 8:30pm to inquire..about service told to call back once received bags….. continually no answer or phone disconnected then to find out the shuttle we were suppose to get said “La Quinta” ???!! Ummm maybe you could have said that on the phone at 8:30. At 9:30 no shuttle “um he runs every hour” needless to say, Ubered to hotel then no shuttle service avail in the morning til 6am GREAT! I leave at 5am. Save yourself!
