This property was perfect for my husband and I's Anniversary. Close to public transit. Walking distance to the beach, had a pool. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive for poor service. We could not get a hold of our Host to order room service, that was the only problem.

I like that they included the valet parking in their rental cost. Building is older and appears to need some updates, but they keep everything inside pretty clean. There is a restaurant on site, convenient store on main floor and easy access to the beach. It’s a beautiful area to walk the beach

The staff and valet were excellent. But wow the rooms were awful. I prefer to spend my travel budget on activities and fun, so I’ve spend my fare share of time in cheap rooms/hotels/rentals. But this one was bad. The rooms look nothing like the photos. Everything was old, dirty, rusted and broken. It was all painted over and so poorly maintained. But the worst was the sound of mice in the walls. A very prime example of getting what you pay for. I don’t mind a cheap room but definitely pay a little more for something better.

This is my go to for the few times I’ve been to Miami. I always pick this one for the proximity to the beach. Building’s outdated a tad but it’s sufficient.

I can’t even begin to describe how disappointing this stay was. The listing was completely misleading and nothing like the photos. There were only two bath towels and two beach towels, all tiny, with no way to request extras, and there wasn’t even a hand towel in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work at all, the bathtub was peeling, the safe was unusable, and there was no hair dryer. On top of that, the closet door was broken, and the entire space felt far from clean. To make matters worse, we returned to the unit one day and found the door open, even though we were sure it was closed and locked when we left. This made us feel extremely unsafe. With so many issues, it’s clear this place doesn’t even meet the basics. We knew it was a budget option, but this was unacceptable—it felt more like staying in a slum. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be booking here again. Save yourself the trouble; it’s not worth it.
