They were doing work on the hotel and the work was so noisy but the front desk staff was great. Had to keep asking for my room to be cleaned and for the noise to stop.

About 1/3 of the parking lot was full of the hotel’s renovation storage containers. Myself and other customers had to parked across the street in the shopping mall’s parking lot. I was concerned with security for my care.

Friendly and kind staff! We had a very late flight and checked in around 2am. Easy check-in and comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was better than some. We avoid the processed food and it’s usually very difficult to find anything to eat. They had hard boiled eggs and oatmeal and decent coffee!!! Thank you for that! The property is a bit dated but very comfortable and it appears that some remodeling and updating is happening. Overall a great stay!

Very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurants close by with only a short walk. Complimentary breakfast looked delicious! We didn't eat due to eating soon on a cruise. Great stay!

My go to spot for cruising. Airport shuttle is quick & convenient, plus it also has on-site laundry so when I get off the ship, I’m able to wash and dry everything before I go home. Great staff and dining is in walking distance. For those that get nails & toes done-In case you don’t get a chance to get yours done before your trip in, there’s also a nail shop right in the shopping center next-door. They do a great job. Will definitely be back soon.
