Staying with my husband for overnight stay. The hotel and the room was very clean. The front desk staff (two young guys) were very polite and professional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety with hot and cold options. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Booked a King studio room through Expedia, showed up and was put in a 2 queen room. Brought issue up and was told the hotel was sold out and since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they could not guarantee us the room we booked and paid for. The room has carpet and had a musty smell, socks and feet were dirty after walking around in the room.

The property was good with a good location , overall cleanliness and staff was good my only critic is that it’s a bit of an older building so you can smell that’s it’s a bit musty and you can that the carpets and certain areas around the hotel look a bit more beat up and deteriorated.

Not the hotel I paid for! Shows on map as downtown Miami, but is the wrong hotel. It’s actually about 30 minutes from downtown. So instead of waking up across the street from work I had to fight rush hour traffic and stay at a worse hotel that I paid downtown prices for. Ver disappointed!
