Great rooms and staff. This hotel was close to the airport, miami beach and the cruise ship port. This was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very cozy, close to dolphin mall & budget friendly especially if you’re planning a long stay/trip. Free continental breakfast was included and the food tasted nice although the menu was repeated every other day. The checkin & checkout service was very fast and smooth. Our room setup was quite simple but clean and housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The room beds are very soft and comfortable which makes it easy to unwind & fall asleep after a long day out in the city. My family and I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee station and 24 hour gym access. These two features along with the excellent customer service made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for your spectacular service.

It’s an older hotel made into a Hampton, dated decor. The business center only had a printer, and it didn’t work. Internet was very slow. About 5Mbps speeds on average. I was not able to stream using my Fire TV. Otherwise, a clean, comfortable place to stay, and friendly staff.

Was amazing , only one night but the Hotel was clean, The comfortable, smelly room with a view of 41st Street is great to see on the last floor. Breakfast free and abundant. I recommend this Hotel for a short stay.

Overall review for this property is ok. My first night stay was not good. One of the A/c in the suite was not operational. We spoke to the CSR on duty. We were told they were booked full that night. Next day I spoke to the GM of the property and was told they were not full. The rooms were changed and comped one day. The next room we received one of the A/C unit leak on the floor causing carpet to smell . GM did a great job. Taking care my family. breakfast was good during the stay was good.
