Always a pleasure staying at the Hampton , our room exceeded our expectations, it was perfect, huge and our little goodie bag was a perfect addition, very close to the port, and the shuttle in the am is an added bonus! Great staff and wonderful breakfast!

They tried to charge the card on my account here a day before I even arrived. I booked this a year in advance because it says I don’t have to pay until I got down there…my card just happened to expire the prior month and I hadn’t activated it yet. They called me after 9pm when my flight had me having to be at the airport at 3am…I was not a happy camper. They fixed it when I arrived though, even though they had me thinking the reservation was cancelled. I was even able to check in way early. The room was worth the hiccup

Property was clean. Walking distance to shops and many good restaurants. Only complaint is the elevators. Only two of the three elevators were working. And one of the two working had a broken button so was unable to go to our floor.

I booked this hotel because of the rooftop pool being open until 11pm. An email prior to arriving would have been nice to notify us that the pool was under renovations… very disappointing as we were really looking forward to enjoying the pool.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful hip neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and shopping opportunities. What really makes this hotel fabulous is the fact that the staff go out of their way to help you out. You get a free drink from the bar, but since the bar was closed, they let us get a drink from their lobby store. The complimentary breakfast is comprehensive and they even had gluten-free bread upon request. The only reason I gave them 4 stars for the facility was because the pool was under construction which was disappointing. We would definitely return here if we come back to Miami.
