Hotel is very nice and clean. Seems like it might have been recently remodeled as everything looked and smelled new. Rooms are large and accommodating. Entrance is odd. Hotel is on 7th floor of building and there isn’t a check in or easy way to unload your bags from car. Have to go to 3rd floor and park to do that. Confusing entrance by lack of signage directing you where to go. Location is awesome for a day of shopping or going to a fins game. Shower was clogged and didn’t drain. Front desk staff were professional, but not welcoming.

It was a well kept property and really nicely decorated; both the room and the main lobby area. People were nice. Really enjoyed the outside breakfast area and breakfast food really good.

This is the spot!
This is a great hotel to stay at. Easy check in, Jenny at the front desk and Emanuel made sure of that. Shuttle to the mall across the street (less than 5 minutes) was excellent as well, I think the driver name was Fredirico. The mall is huge with too many food options to name.

Un mal empleado puede arruinar un excelente hotel
El hotel no cumplió con el tipo de habitación reservada (accesible para personas con discapacidad) y recién 24 hs después nos trasladaron a la habitación correcta con la consiguientes molestias por tener que mudarnos. La encargada no estuvo a la altura y fue poco empática sin ayudar a resolver la situación. Al reclamarle por el error se escudó en que habíamos hecho la reserva por Hotels.com y no con ellos directamente. El hotel es muy bueno pero el personal de recepción deficiente. Sí fueron excelentes los chicos del valet parking encargados de recibir paquetes
