Property itself is beautiful rooms are average. The staff is OK but they’re dining selection is horrible. They need to do something about that and it would bring this facility up to a much higher rated location.

The resturants are very expensive and the food is not very good. Ordered a grilled cheese (cheese wasnt melted) ordered a chicken sandwhich and the chicken was 1/8th in thick. (Thats a $20 sandwhich). Took 50 minutes to get our food with only 3 other people in the restaurant. It is close to airport, transportation to the airport is convenient and the pool was excellent!

Loved the Jr. Suite we stayed in. Very roomy and comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Restaurant, though pricey was very, very good. A rare occurrence in hotel restaurants. The tostones are amazing btw. Definitely would stay again

The restaurant staff was amazing, super friendly and the food was great as well. The front desk staff was mediocre at best. They would not let me check in because the reservation was under my wife's name. We have the same last name, address, etc. This has never happened to me before. We use one hotels.com account and her first name is on it. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to get on a chat with hotels.com to have our first names switched. The room was dirty and dated. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was filthy. The shower was not much better. Closer to the weekend the hotel filled with cruise travelers who party until 3am in their room on 2 separate nights. I will not be staying here again.

We stayed here before and after our cruise, very convenient since it’s close to both airport and cruise port. Free shuttle to and from airport and you can book a shuttle to take you to the port for an extra fee. It’s very clean and staff are pleasant. I was also able to do an early check in for a fee (also they had rooms available) so that was a plus, specially when traveling with a toddler!

Everything went well until we were leaving and asked reception staff if we could get someone from the maintenance team to help us open up a lock for which we had lost the key for. We waited almost 20 minutes and asked the reception staff if they could put an urgent request to it as we had to leave to go to the airport. He did not help and nobody ever came to help

There is a nice walk around the property that felt safe. After we returned from dinner, it was a nice way to wind down. The pool is pretty but the grounds were filthy. I saw the towel guy walk by trash several times, not stopping to pick it up. This property needs more shuttles. Leaving every half hour is not sufficient enough when you're catering to guests and airline crews. If you added shuttle runs Every 15 min it would improve the overall experience.

$30 dollars a day for parking I thought was not cool, never had to pay for parking at any hotel before, the carpet on hallways were dirty, the trees in parking area could really use a trim or update some were dead, room service was only done at your request, no fridge in room, I won’t stay here again

Nice hotel with dining options and guest facilities. Shuttle runs every half hour which can fill up so be sure you get on early. Nice pool and facilities.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Blue Lagoon and, unfortunately, the experience was far below the standards I expect from the Hilton brand. The rooms were stark and uninviting, with direct lighting that created an unpleasant atmosphere. Worse still, the linens were stained, which was completely unacceptable. Mold was a serious issue throughout the hallways and bathrooms, making the environment feel unsanitary. Basic amenities were lacking—there was no soap, conditioner, or toothpaste provided. It's shocking to see such neglect in a Hilton property. On a positive note, the staff was kind and tried their best to accommodate us, and the restaurant team was pleasant. However, these efforts couldn't make up for the overall disappointment. I hope Hilton takes the necessary steps to address these issues and restore the quality expected from their brand.
