Stayed here because I thought Pullman had gone down hill. Shuttle would not pick us up at stop 1. Finally went as far down bus stop 1 as possible. After 40 minutes got shuttle and watched driver wave off folks at other stops even with empty seats. Check in ok but room fully depreciated. No lightbulb in one lamp. Lowest toilet ever with wobbly handle. Couldn’t get heater to work on a chilly day but finally got a/c off in room. We slept in clothes and socks. Avoid it.

Property itself is beautiful rooms are average. The staff is OK but they’re dining selection is horrible. They need to do something about that and it would bring this facility up to a much higher rated location.
