Front desk staff are extremely friendly and empathetic. Their level of customer service is on par with Disney, which is amazing. Rooms are clean and well kept. The wife and I are very satisfied 🙂

I stayed at this hotel last December and we had a good time, and we were very satisfied with everything but this time around we were a bit disappointed. The bathroom had a less than half of toilet paper roll in the dispenser, and we asked for an additional were given one with not a pleasant look. We went to have breakfast Sunday morning, we asked for turkey sausage and to be honest they were cold and not eatable at all, the server was nice to offer if we wanted the regular sausage which we had but unfortunate they were cold as well. The coffee was less desirable (unfortunate), we also had to wait over 30 minutes to get towels to use out at the pool, but I am just honest because we had a great time last December.

The food service was terrible. Items on the menu were not even available and staff didn't even know what the dessert menu had listed. Breakfast service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. We had to go to the front desk to have them find the host. He then tried seating me and my child RIGHT next to the ONLY other people in the restaurant. And I have never in my life known a hotel restaurant to NOT have a child's menu at breakfast. This is the second bad Hilton I've stayed at and will never book another Hilton anywhere.

Very clean, and nicely decorated! The coffee in the room is the worse coffee I ever try in my life. No mirrow in the room, is nice to be able to check yourself before you go out. The front desk people was attended. But there presentation is bad , they need uniform!

It was a nice hotel but the staff was horrible! I made several phone calls while in my room but they always ignored it. I went as far as going downstairs in the lobby calling the front desk and watching them ignore the phone call. You would think the staff would be much better because theyre right next to a hospital but no they show no hospitality.

The only thing that I’m no happy with is that it says the breakfast is buffet for an extra $50.00 and it is not. They gave me tickets and didn’t say anything when I checked in, the tickets were only good for an $18.00 dollar discount each.

I was not very pleased to see people lying on the lobby couches and also a girl out of her mind walking around the lobby, with her dress open in the back, asking for money from those of us who were in the place, she had access to the rooms since she went up the elevator. No one at the front desk said or did anything about it.
