Booked one night to catch an early flight. Although I received an email saying the shuttle service worked from 6am to 11pm, every hour, when I came out of the airport at 10:20 pm, it never came. I ended up have to share a Lyft with another passenger. Once we got to the front desk, the night clerk told us it ended at 10 pm. He was very non chalant and said he didn't manage the shuttle and could offer any more information. He was unwelcoming and dismissive. The room itself was nice and comfortable although all the USB outlets were damaged and the room was noisy. I could hear a train passing and the people in the room next door.

Easy to get to from airport via shuttle and then to cruise via shuttle ($12) Shuttle also organised pickup from ship upon return for airport. All hassle free. Good hot breakfast too!

It’s new and the bed was great, facilities and breakfast were all ok. No idea why shuttle service times are never displayed on the web site and why they don’t put a green stripe or something on vans to distinguish them better

Poor service, need more staff and shuttle from the airport doesn't work. We waited over an hour and it never showed up. Also, the hotel advertised having coin laundry, and they only had one washer that was broken. The room was good, seemed clean and spacious. Breakfast just ok, and no staff cleaning tables for the next person to use. So had to eat on a dirty table. I wouldn't come back.
