Slim amenities, modest clean rooms, bare staff, non descript older building equals good price in the heart of walkable Coral Gables. No grounds for complaints.

Cozy feel. Ast week we were in 206 and it was just wonderful. This week, room 205 has a flow restrictor on the shower at half a gallon per minute. The shower was impossible. The girls tried to use the sink to wash their hair. We are going to a different hotel so we can shower before the rest of our trip.

It was OK. The hotel was just a place to stay for a wedding in the family. No washcloth in the bathroom and when I asked they said not we don't have any. LOL I served the purpose of our trip

Had to follow up multiple times to get my security deposit back. Many bad reviews of the hotel not returning the deposit , they probably don’t return many and hope the guests don’t notice. Old hotel, very noisy due to the old building even though it’s a quiet area but you can hear everything from the street
