The property is very clean and well maintained. I loved that the pool was open at any time of the day. The restaurant in the lobby was very convenient and for being in South Beach, the prices weren’t inflated when compared to the area. One thing I really disliked waa that they only give you two free coffee pods on your first night. After that you pay 2 dollars for the pods. I found that to be quite petty considering that there’s also a daily resort charge. Coffee is a standard amenity. Making a few extra coins on that isn’t worth the annoyance of your guest. I ended up buying a k cup box at the CVS nearby but I thought this was really tacky for such a nice boutique hotel.

The place is too small to call it a resort, they will charge extra $39/night outside of the payment made through Expedia. No parking area, they only have "Valet Parking Service" for extra $40/night. Room is so small, the shower is next to the bed. Asked the posibility of checking out a bit later than 11 am and they said there was no chance, even when the check it in the hotel is at 3pm. Overvalued place that doesnt meet the expectations of the money spent.

This will be my go to hotel when in Miami. This offers the same experience as a large chain hotel but on a smaller scale which is perfect when you don’t like large crowds everywhere. The location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel (1 before our cruise and 1 after ) and the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. The pool is good but you very close to the beach and the services. A great place in South Beach. And also the girl at the reception was really helpful and got us an early check in on our way back 👍.

The complete stay was absolutely seamless. I highly recommend choosing Berkeley Shore as a place to stay when in Miami. Check-in was pleasant. I arrived early and was offered a place to change into my beach attire and was provided a beach towel. Then, I was pointed in the direction of the beach or pool while they held my luggage until my room was ready. This made me feel so welcomed and it was a great start to my vacation. The room was large and spotless. The bed is comfy. The shower size and water pressure was perfect. Keep in mind, walls are thin and you will hear everything going on in the hallways. And the best part, location and beach service. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach (2 blocks), and being welcomed by professional staff to set up a lounger with towels, amazing! I truly felt as if I was at a 5 star resort. I ordered food and drinks right from my lounger; it was pure relaxation. Umbrellas are available for purchase. When I was done with the beach, I came back to the hotel. My room was ready and guest services walked my bags up to the room and provided more information about hotel services and local shops, such as Walgreens one block away ( great for purchasing water and snacks). I headed straight to the pool on the rooftop and was welcomed by breathtaking views. Later, I enjoyed dinner and drinks in the hotel restaurant with super fast service. I loved it! 5 stars all around. I can’t wait to come back and stay again.

If I travel back to Miami, I would stay at this property again, the room was very clean, the front desk check in staff was polite and friendly, The restaurant in the hotel has good food, I would say my only complaint is the cleaning staff is not friendly, and they do not speak English, One of the cleaning ladies walked in my room and failed to announce themselves or knock, otherwise than that, I would recommend this hotel.
