I had a short stay but the staff were very kind and courteous. I did late check out and was concerned there’d be a lot of noise from other guests checking out in the morning but it was so calm and quiet. Would definitely stay here again

An overpriced motel 6, thats what this place is. Dirty and beat down rooms, terrible customer service, water leaking inside the room. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

Very Homie, the upgrade to The Club Access was worth it! The breakfast included was amazing, and the Happy Hour made our Trip!!! Staff was amazing and willing to help at the drop of a hat! Would definitely stay again!

Usually Intercontinental stands for “nice” hotel, this was a beaten up property. Found previous guest boarding pass in my room questioning cleanliness.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. In room breakfast was tasty and fast. The staff made my stay enjoyable. The only con was I couldn’t get in contact with the lady responsible for the spa services. I contacted her over 5 times and left countless messages and never received a response.
