Usually Intercontinental stands for “nice” hotel, this was a beaten up property. Found previous guest boarding pass in my room questioning cleanliness.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. In room breakfast was tasty and fast. The staff made my stay enjoyable. The only con was I couldn’t get in contact with the lady responsible for the spa services. I contacted her over 5 times and left countless messages and never received a response.

I appreciated the excellent level of comfort offered by the hotel. The quality of the breakfast food was excellent and the variety above average. The staff was always very kind and helpful. Nice hotel. Good location. Just tue daily parking pay of $18 is a bit much. Drinks by pool were $14. Rooms are smaller than chain hotels but cost here was more. Nice staff and hotel smelled great.

The first room we got was on the first floor and had a musty smell to it. Maybe some water damage. We asked to change rooms and the second option was a lot better but at this point we were disappointed with the condition of this place. Management should check rooms periodically to ensure they are in good conditions.
