Nice property. The only problem we had just the AC didn’t get any cooler than 77F, but we reported to f/d. They were about to get it fixed the next day, but we only stayed overnight, we’re ok with 77 F temperature.
I chose the hotel because it had a good rating for its location, but it is an old building with old furniture and uncomfortable beds. I stayed there for two nights and two days, but there was no cleaning service and they didn't change the sheets because it was a separate cost. There is no one at the front desk, you access the hotel lobby with a code and no one is present to assist you. There are no outside areas like a pool or a large lounge area. I absolutely do not recommend it.
The images did not match the property, this was a terrible stay for the entire team of 10. Never again

Property should consider getting parking for customers and also the noise in the property after the party hours is crazy that I couldn’t sleep for 2 days but the staff was very nice in the property
When you see a photo of a hotel room with a tv you assume you will get a broadcast signal. Not here; you can stream on the Roku with your own service. Similarly, you may assume the shower will have hot water. Not here; super hot sink water and shower never gets warm. The tech access was easy, but seemed like there was no visible staff because they were not going to make things right for the guest who wants tv and hot water. Wow, not for me.
Our stay was great! We stayed in 201 in the main building and had 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. The only thing that would make this place better would be an ice machine and microwave since South Beach is so pricey. Highly recommend.
This place was well located and convenient to just about anything you would want. The room was quite nice, more than sufficient. However, request supplies for your whole, stay, such as towels, tp and tissues, as we didn't know how ti get more.
I really enjoyed my stay here at Kasa La Flora. It was so convenient to restaurants, the beach and many others. I am definitely returning. I would make one suggestion though, if a miscrowave was available that would definitely help me with leftovers. It would be nice to include a microwave in the unit. But, overall, my stay was amzing and I am definitely returning soon. Thanks for making it so easy with the check in and check out process. Thanks.

Perfect for what I needed, and VERY responsible for the area.
To start off our stay, our room was 79°. The AC was out. We were told that they were gonna get that fixed as soon as they could we spent two hours in an 80° hotel room in Miami after we had traveled internationally it was fixed for about an hour, and then it wasn’t fixed. We had to sleep with the windows open. They couldn’t get us an early check-in but just a couple hours, even then they checked us in two hours early in a room where the AC was out. They wouldn’t hold our luggage while we toured the city they weren’t very accommodating. I would add if somebody’s looking for a hotel I highly recommend Casa ocean not only did they accommodate an early check-in, but they also accommodated holding our luggage while we toured the city And were able to hold it until we were finished and ready to come back.
The location is perfect! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, or shopping. They gave great direction on how to check in and out. Room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again.
