Plus, with our cheap Uber rides, you can explore every corner of Miami with ease. Our 6-star hospitality is sure to make your stay even more special. You will be one of four Airbnb guests on the property for a more intimate atmosphere.

1- NO loud music after 10 pm inside or outside
2- $500 fee per day for smoking inside house
3-$500 fee for parties in the house
4- If pet damages anything guest will pay for it at the price the host specifies, a pet fee of $25 per day collected before check in. If not paid before check this will cause a non refundable cancelation.
5-Only 2 cars allowed in parking space. Parked behind each other, everything else will be towed
6-Locals most contact host before booking.
7- Only the 8 guest staying on the property are allowed. All guest must be declared. Any undeclared guest will charged an additional $40 per day.
8-Additional $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home.
9- $45 late check out fee for 30 minutes passed check out, If you stay longer the 2 hours passed check out we will charge a full day rate and this does not allow you to stay on the property. This is just a penalty.

Minimalist is saying something
So, there is no washer dryer in the unit. That was on the description and we were very much looking forward to having that amenity. It’s not there because there is no room for one. Also, you can’t open the refrigerator door because a wall gets in the way. You can’t open the bathroom door all the way because a table gets in the way. The bed had a mattress guard on it where every time a person turns over, the plastic crumble sound wakes up everyone on the bed. The Wi-Fi could not be more worse or more slow. Also, and final item that was left off the description… there is no window at all in the room. Other than that, the place was ok.
