The hotel was nice and clean. It was quiet for being so close to the airport. The reason for the 4 star overall review is their breakfast was not great. We would probably not stay here again for the main reason of breakfast. All carbs and no protein. It was also hard to take all your luggage across a parking lot and not sidewalks. Cars blocked the way and you had to carry heavy luggage around them.

Property was a good economical choice with reasonable distance from Miami airport and cruise port. It was disappointing that the "free" airport shuttle had a flat tire which forced us to pay $35 for an Uber ride, and no other concession or allowance was offered.

This place is extremely run down and showing its age. We didnt feel comfortable using the shower in our room. The location is a bit hard to get in and out of as most entrances around the property have been closed off forcing all traffic to one spot. The door on our room didnt close properly and only 1 electrical outlet would keep our charger plugged in. Not likely to stay here in the future based on conditions and pricing.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I didn’t check the bed until after I took my shower and tried to lie down, only to find a blood stain hidden under a pillow, along with another unknown stain. When I reported it, the staff brought a replacement sheet but asked me to change it myself, with no assistance from housekeeping. The manager not only refused to take responsibility for the stains but also assumed the blood was intentional just because I’m not a male! There was NO APOLOGY or acknowledgment of the issue. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this place.

Staff was unfriendly. The shuttle did not pick me up, and the staff did not provide a solution to this problem. They were also rude during my check-in. Alfredo should not be working in customer service. He lacks soft skills necessary for the service industry. The AC was very noisy. Had to turn it off so I could sleep.The room smelled. Overall, a very bad experience.

The bus service should run 24 hours a day since flights leave all day and night, and if I choose this hotel it is because I do not have to worry about finding a taxi to take me to the airport during the night or early morning, because if you provide this service only during the day you should specify on your website that you offer the bus service to the airport only during the day.

Stayed for 8 days. It was not convenient..No microwave or fridge in the room. Housekeeping only makes the bed and that’s it. They did not restock on toilet paper/soap. We have to use the microwave in the lobby and they kept it unplugged as if they’re trying to save power. I would only recommend for a quick 1-2 short stay
