When I booked it stated they supplied transportation from the airport. When I called for a ride they stated it was not available. I had to use a cab, an additional $40. If this information was available I would had booked a different hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was quiet for being so close to the airport. The reason for the 4 star overall review is their breakfast was not great. We would probably not stay here again for the main reason of breakfast. All carbs and no protein. It was also hard to take all your luggage across a parking lot and not sidewalks. Cars blocked the way and you had to carry heavy luggage around them.

Property was a good economical choice with reasonable distance from Miami airport and cruise port. It was disappointing that the "free" airport shuttle had a flat tire which forced us to pay $35 for an Uber ride, and no other concession or allowance was offered.

Solid experience. Great value. Clean. Reliable airport shuttle. McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Denny’s right next door. Close to highway for commute. Free 7 day airport parking then small fee($5) day for additional days. Free breakfast. Quiet for being near airport. Clean linens. Good tv.

The door to our room would not close properly nor lock. The room stunk like stale smoke. We went for breakfast at 08:20 and there was no food left except for cereal and toast. The housekeeper was banging on our door at 10:30 asking when we were leaving. The only good thing was the bed was very comfortable.

Everyone at the property did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant. Isreal allowed us to store our luggage while we went on an excursion and made sure we had breakfast before leaving for the airport in the morning. Plus, that's the rooms were clean and comfortable.
