The staff at the hotel make it five star. David checked us in. He was polite and very helpful. Diego was our server for dinner. He made the experience delightful. The Bell staff helped us immensely with our very expensive bikes that we did a bike tour in Miami Beach they were courteous And accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

I did not like the $200 room deposit a nite. I believe that is to high of a price for anyone. The standard is a one time $100 deposit. When family's go on vacation; should not have to stress over a deposit fee for a room, that they qre paying for to begin with.

Service is great, but automatics if u ask a question they don’t know the answer. When I checked in they said I would get a welcome package delivered to my room. Great surprise- I never got it. I called 3 times and they said it’s in process. The towels at the beach as well as the chaises ARE OLD. Hotel is beautiful, location is like no other, facilities are plentiful, but the towels and the outdoor furniture were old. They need to be renovated, repaired or replaced. Towels is easy and forgotten- mine looked decades old! Tethered and fringes all around and just old! Same w all the beach furniture.

My husband and I went to the spa. The massage was good, but the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, the spa’s cleanliness wasn’t the best, and the massage was very expensive for the service we received.

Hotel is good. However, it's very overpriced - everything is SO expensive - food, all beach equipment. This was not expected or clearly described in the booking description. Maybe this is typical for beach front properties but would be good to know in advance
