The staff at the hotel make it five star. David checked us in. He was polite and very helpful. Diego was our server for dinner. He made the experience delightful. The Bell staff helped us immensely with our very expensive bikes that we did a bike tour in Miami Beach they were courteous And accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel but food and drinks very expensive. Didnt know Miami automatically charges 20% graduity for everything you buy plus resort tax and regular taxes. This makes Miami more expensive to visit than NYC !!!

I do not appreciate at all being surprised by a daily Resort Fee which I was not aware of when I booked, especially as I did not use any of the facilities for which I being charged. And this is not a trivial amount at $44US per day. The charges were apparently reversed, I will need to verify my Visa statement. I do not appreciate the lack of transparency from Expedia regarding this charge. If you cannot make it clear in the price when booking I will look for another application to use.
